  • 4 slices fish fillet
  • 1 egg

  • Preheat the air fryer and prepare a 3-step breading station. Put the flour on a plate, whisk the egg in another one with some salt, and put the breadcrumbs on a third one. Prepare a 4th plate for the breaded fish fillet.
  • Pat the fish dry, season with salt and black pepper.
