Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices fish fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • black pepper

  • Start by preheating your air fryer. Set up a three-step breading station with flour on one plate, a beaten egg with a pinch of salt on another, and breadcrumbs on a third.
  • Dry the fish fillets thoroughly, then season them with salt and black pepper.
