Air frying frozen Brussels sprouts requires a bit of care to prevent them from drying out, shriveling, burning, or becoming bitter. That’s why it’s crucial to add a little water to the tray when air frying Brussels sprouts.
Preparing frozen Brussels sprouts is incredibly easy. Just place the Brussels sprouts straight from the freezer into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 350°F, and after 10 minutes, give them a quick shake. Then, cook them for an additional 6 minutes at 400°F, and they’ll be perfect.
They make an excellent side dish with various types of roasted meats and sausages. They also pair well with fish, such as salmon. Brussels sprouts are very healthy and fit well into any special diet.
Frozen vegetables are super practical and, besides being budget-friendly, they are available throughout the year. This means you can whip up a warm, healthy, fiber-rich dinner in minutes, even in the dead of winter. You can choose from a wide range of frozen vegetables or vegetable mixes, making it easy to keep your home menu varied.
The air fryer really simplifies the cooking process. Cooking vegetables in a pan requires constant vigilance, stirring often, sometimes covered, sometimes not, at varying heat levels.
This method has worked great for us, so I highly recommend you give this recipe a try.
