Cooking frozen salmon in an air fryer is quick and easy. Pair it with sweet potatoes or Brussels sprouts also made in the airfryer, and you’ll have a delicious and healthy lunch or dinner in no time. The best part? It requires almost no attention.
In this recipe, we used frozen salmon fillets. There’s no need to thaw them in advance. You also don’t need to preheat the airfryer for this recipe.
Before cooking, season the salmon with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Salmon is not only delicious but also very healthy, packed with omega-3s, and widely available in stores. Frozen salmon is generally a bit cheaper than fresh, which is why we chose the frozen version for this recipe.
We like to keep a few fillets in the freezer because on busy weekdays, there’s nothing simpler than whipping up a healthy, quick, and tasty dinner with frozen salmon in the airfryer.
Serve it with traditional sides, warm steamed vegetables (like Brussels sprouts or sweet potato slices), steamed basmati rice, or a fresh salad.
