Frozen salmon in an airfryer

- 1 slice frozen salmon 1 slice approx. 110 g or 4 oz
- salt to taste
- 1 ground black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp oil or butter
If you're making frozen salmon in a hot-air fryer, just remove the fish from the bag. No need to thaw. Salt, pepper and season to taste.For the salmon in the photos, we used an Herbes de Provence spice mix in addition to salt and pepper. Put the frozen salmon in the air fryer, no need to preheat. Bake at 345 F (175 C) for 18 minutes.
When ready, serve with airfried Brussels sprouts or sweet potato rings for a healthy lunch or dinner.
