Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (about 1.5 lbs), preferably suitable for baking
- 2 tbsp oil or duck fat, depending on your preference
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut each potato into four wedges.
- Toss the wedges in a bowl with the oil until well-coated, then season with salt.
- Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Check and turn the fries, then continue cooking for another 5 minutes until evenly browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dips or as a tasty side. Enjoy!
