- ½ cup rice Basmati, Jasmine or any type you have it at home. 100 g.
- 170 ml water ¾ cup
- 1 tsp oil We use coconut oil, but you can use other oils.
- salt to taste
Start by preparing your rice. Measure out the rice and water. Boil the water in a saucepan, season it well with salt and add a teaspoon of oil for flavor. Pour the hot water over the rice in your chosen dish, stir slightly to even out the grains, then securely cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Preheat your air fryer for 2 minutes. Using a tea towel for safety, place your prepared dish on the air fryer tray. Set the temperature to 390°F (200°C) and cook for 20 minutes. After cooking, let it sit for another 5-10 minutes to finish steaming.
You’ll end up with perfectly soft, wonderfully tasty rice.
