Instructions
Start by placing the sausages on a piece of aluminum foil, forming a small rimmed tray, and wrap them by sealing the foil tightly around the edges.
Preheat the air fryer. Carefully place the foil-wrapped sausages into the hot air fryer.
Cook at 355 F (180 C) for 20 minutes.
Carefully open the foil and turn the sausages over to brown the other side.
Increase the temperature to 400 F (200-205 C) and continue cooking for another 6 minutes.
The sausages should now be evenly browned, thoroughly cooked yet still juicy and not dry.
Notes
Many hot-air fryers do not heat to 205 degrees. If yours does, use it at 200 degrees and about a minute longer.
